Running an AR Aging
The purpose of this documentation is to provide detailed steps regarding how to run an Accounts Receivable Aging in Intacct.
This process will be completed at the entity level. Therefore, when it is run, it will only show transactions for the entity (Parish) that the report was run in.
Steps
An Account Receivable aging report helps to list unpaid customer invoices and unused credit memos by date range. Finance managers and Collection personnel use this report to determine which invoices are overdue for payment. This report informs credit and collection functions.

ACCESSING THE REPORT
- To access this report Go to Account Receivable> Click on Customer Aging> Click on Report

select the periods for the report
- Select the aging periods for the report.

select report filters
- Set the filters to get the specific data you want. Select From Customer – To Customer, Customer type, Department, Location, etc. You are able to include or exclude specific types of data in the report.

select report format
- Select Format and Titles. You can set the layout of the report and/or arrange how to group and display the data contained in the report.
